How is the UGX 5,000 price calculated?

You pay UGX 5,000 per enrolled pupil for each term. If your school has 250 pupils, your termly cost is UGX 1,250,000. That covers all modules and all users — no add-ons required.

Is the iPad really free? What's the catch?

Yes — completely free. Every school that subscribes to Scholary receives a brand-new Apple iPad at no additional cost. The only condition is that you sign up and activate your first term. Subject to stock availability; contact us to confirm.

Do I need internet to use Scholary?

Scholary works best with an internet connection, but basic functions like viewing records and entering marks can still work in low-connectivity environments. A Wi-Fi connection is recommended for the best experience.

How long does setup take?

Most schools are fully operational within one day. Our team handles the initial configuration — classes, subjects, grading, and staff accounts — so you don't need any technical knowledge.

Can multiple staff members use it at the same time?

Yes. Scholary supports unlimited user accounts with role-based permissions. Teachers access marks only; finance staff see fees; the head teacher sees everything. All at the same time, from any device.

What if I want to cancel?

There are no long-term contracts. You pay term by term. If you choose not to renew, your data remains safely stored and accessible for 12 months.
